[Suggestion] If you want to encourage combo playstyle, please buff the the payoffs

Dear GGG,

I, for one, am one of the players that are not into mindless one-button builds. I like action, and I like the ultimate vision of meaningful combat.

I'm currently towards the end of cruel and I'm having a blast with my Ritualist. I'm trying to make damaging ailments work (had a poison Acolyte Monk last league that was a blast), so I naturally went for bleed.

My current setup:

1. Rake with Momentum
2. Disengage with Pin/Lockdown (generates a frenzy charge) and Rusted Spikes
3. Any projectile skill that I'm trying out at the time
4. Blood hunt

In particular, Disengage combos fabulously from Rake.

Now, I've tried to support my skills with conditional gems, like Pursuit (gives 25% more melee damage after a projectile hit). It was actually not worth it. If I can socket Brutality or Close Combat, that give me 25% more melee damage always, then why would I place a gem that gives me the same amount conditionally?

I remember Jonathan saying that you would like to encourage more of a combo-based playstyle. That's why I'm asking to increase the conditional buffs. Mindless one-button builds can still be viable, but combo-based builds should be more rewarding to be worthwhile.

I am specifically refering to payoff mechanics (Payoff, Consume, Conditional, ...) and not power charges (which are already very powerful).
