PoE2 - Mystery Box Crossplay

Hey there, I have PoE2 on PC and PS5. I love the crossplay but the sharing of cosmetics etc really sucks (I know, I bought the supporter packs across both platforms because I'm a glutton for punishment. Can anyone confirm the following:

* If I buy a mystery box can I only open it on the platform it was purchased on? (i.e. if I pay for it with my PC coins can I open it on PS5)

* If I open a mystery box on a platform do the cosmetics lock to the platform (i.e. if I open my box on PC and get a new Portal, will I be able to use it on my character when I log into them on PS5? If I get a map device from the box on PC and put it in my hideout will it still function when I log onto the same character on PS5?)

It's not really clear to me if opening the box would platform-lock because after all it's the box I'm purchasing, not the thing inside it. I don't want a repeat of when I had to buy the supporters pack twice so that I can use the wolf count armour on my character if I want to play as them on both PC and PS5. I'll prolly just pass on them if that's the case.

You will only be able to open the box and use the contents on the platform on which you purchase it.
