My account was banned!

I am a new player of POE2. After purchasing early access and completing the tutorial, I encountered a network issue and could not continue playing on April 6. On June 8, when I logged in and resumed the game, I discovered that my account had been banned for allegedly using third-party software. I searched the forums and found that many others are experiencing the same issue. I decided to email GGG support, but I haven’t received any response after three days. If GGG sees this, please let me know how to unlock my account and continue enjoying the game.
