Spirit GEMs Weapon Set

after the update my Spirit gems cant be activated giving message "skill not valid for this weapon set". I use herold of thunder and wind dancer with crossbow equipped.

I've seen this to and I may have a solution.

Open the details screen for the spirit gem skill on your skills page. Its the little arrow on the right side of that page.

Once there, make sure that either or both weapon sets are checked at the bottom of the skill details page.

For some reason when I'm upgrading my character, sometimes the spirit gems get un-allocated from any weapon set and won't enable and throw the error message you mentioned.
