Was talking to my friends and copy pasted a quote and was muted

Hey guys,

I was having a conversation with friends in a global chat and I pasted a 3-4 sentence quote for a conversation we were having and I was muted for like 4 days. I wanted to create a thread because I dont feel like I broke rules, or did anything malicious. I saw the support email for a second but I wasnt able to get the whole email down. Is this a good place to try and get this resolved?
