Infinite load screen and terrain glitch

Me and friend are both in the same instance and now when we try to get on we both are stuck on an infinite load screen. I also am having issues with the map as it will completely glitch out where I would be unable to see anything on the map. Please help. We are both on X box series x.

Same issues. Nothing fixes it. Restart, create new character, clear cache or waiting 15 minutes for instance to close.
