Is it possible to transfer a EA Twitch Drop from one account to another?

Hello. The backstory is a bit complicated, but basically what happened is that two items from Twitch Drop (the halo and the flask) accidentally went to an empty account of mine that has never been played with. I have access to it, and I can send a screenshot.
My request is, could these items be transferred to my current account?

I wrote to you there. The mail is sent at 12:31 PM with title "Request for transfer a EA Twitch Drop".

Thanks for the info. I didn't know you worked on that principle. I thought it was standard up to 48 or 72 hours.
As for Joel, he is the most responsive person from the staff I have communicated with, so whenever he answers me I am grateful to him.

I waited 15 days (from 11th Apr to 26th Apr) to answer me and the answer is: "Hi there,
Thank you for the message.So that we can look into this further, could you please contact us from the email address associated with the account the drops were claimed on?

I am writing to them from the email of my main account where I want the transfer to be made. Now probably ill wait another 2 weeks for job which can be donе for 2 minutes. ...
Last on May 2nd Rory contacted me to clarify the circumstances. When is the transfer in question expected to happen? Can someone give me some clarity on the matter, because I haven't known what's going on for 35 days now. :-/
