Can someone from Support please help me 'Un-gift' a PoE 2 Hideout from my PoE 1 Guild?
Since 'The Dreadnaught Hideout' is a PoE 2-exclusive Hideout, such a mistake shouldn't even be possible to be made at all. No prompt or anything. There should have been a confirmation box to say 'This Hideout is not supported in PoE 1', that is, unless PoE 2 Hideouts can also be used in PoE 1 (doubt it).
The problem is when I unlocked my 'The Dreadnought Hideout (King of the Faridun Supporter Pack)' from PoE 2, a Supporter Pack no less, I thought Alva would automatically give The Dreadnaught Hideout for Guilds by default as a selectable option. However, that wasn't the case, hence, the issue I am having now after using the 'gifting' feature here on the main site. Thank you for your help : ) HeavyMetalGear When game developers ignore the criticism that would improve their game, the game fails. Just because a game receives a great amount of praise vs. only a small amount of criticism does not mean to call it a day and make a foolish misplaced assumption that it is perfect. " Pardon my late reply. I already did that and no reply back from you guys from Support. I really do want my Dreadnaught Hideout for my Guild for PoE 2. I went through the verify/code process here https://www.pathofexile.com/support. It then generated a code and told me to E-mail to [Removed by Support]. I'll just write up a new E-mail, I guess (or paste from the one I composed already). Update: I just sent you guys an E-mail so hopefully this gets resolved so this never happens again. No idea why I was even able to gift a PoE 2 hideout to my PoE 1 Guild in first place. That's wild. Lol. When game developers ignore the criticism that would improve their game, the game fails.
