POE1 brain (and streamers) tell you the Amazon's Predatory Instinct is just "on average" 22.5% more dmg increase, this is not the case if you have a BIG hit on hand.

I watched a cool Amazon bleed single target video where you explode the bleed on the weakness, often killing bosses in one shot. Thematically it's very cool. I think it's a very clever way for to make a boss fight more interesting as there is great payoff for timing a big hit..

I use this for primal strikes and it works well if you're aware of it.

Of course you can spend 30 divines on a streamer build and just hold down Shocking Lance while spinning in circles, but that's such boring gameplay.
