Emergency Reload and Fresh Clip not working

Pretty much self explanatory.
The crossbow skill Emergency Reload and the support gem Fresh Clip aren't functioning right now. The reload does reload properly but it does not give you a buff or empower anything, and fresh clip doesn't give more damage either. Last bumped on Jun 29, 2025, 1:10:54 PM
