I just went through the Matlan Waterways. It was no shorter and I got repeatedly chain stunned by super fast enemies.

Actually, I take it back.
I just full cleared the Apex of Filth, which was bigger than I remembered, and there's no Queen of Filth so I can't progress! So something was done. |
