Can I get a update from my ticket I placed at the start of last season early access
Hello GGG,
I was wondering if it was possible to get a update on a ticket I placed early into the start of the early access when the game came out. I placed a Ticket for losing a decent amount of in-game shop point currency due to a bug you guys had in which you guys were selling a cursor pack to which was showing free at the time which was not supposed to be the case and with trying to do a mass buyout of multiple items I would get a error message saying something went wrong and the transaction was cancelled, but the game still took a portion of that shop point currency each time you tried and got that message saying something went wrong and transaction couldn't be done. I paid for multiple points through steam and bought the update packages also through steam also to get the currency to buy certain items to which case once I figured out I was getting this error due to the cursors which took a couple tries I had to buy more points to end up only getting some of the items I originally had setup to buy in the first place. I reached out to your team doing the email support ticket via the website and got a reply back a few days later wanting to just verify yes that is my account in which I did to never hear back from you guys again even after waiting weeks to then email you guys multiple times to try to see how it was coming along to still never get any reply back or giving back any of the points back that was taken from me without getting anything do to your games bug. I saw you guys changed it in shop like a week later so it wasn't possible to buy cursors so I know you knew there was the issue of it. Just had me thinking maybe you guys just don't care anymore since there isnt a way for me to get my money back due to time frame and that steam wont look into the matter due to that etc. So if you can please message me back That would be nice since this is the only thing I guess I can do since you guys seem to like to ghost people on tickets. Very interesting. I have saved all the emails of me sending the ticket to your teams reply back and then my multiple replies after the fact a week plus after never hearing back from you guys over the issue. This was very close to that very start of the game coming out into early access. You guys have that many tickets to where you couldn't help with a issue from that long ago? I take it you guys want me to send another ticket about the issue? since I take it you guys just closed it or tossed it if that is the case.

Been waiting on a ticket I put in in November. Maybe they'll get to us a year after the game releases.

Bump, Still have yet to get a email back from support over a very old ticket I made last season over lost currency points over their game issue.

" I certainly don’t mean to excuse GGG’s laughable response times, but have you been sending ‘bump’ emails, too? I only ask as their queue works off the date & time of the latest email in the conversation - so if you had been, you’d be repeatedly resetting your place in the queue. |

Finally got a response back from GGG support on May 1st 2025 over my issue.
[Removed by Support] The information on the link to my microtransactions and account transactions page from the website do not match up from recent viewing since it does not all the transactions done and from the looks of it take your currency supporters pack and date instead of listing each one on the dates you bought / applied it on for both PC and PS5. Also i'm not even sure they calculated the bonus currency you get from each supporters pack if you opt out from taking the T-shirt. I'm im going through my entire transactions via steam and playstation network atm to all the correct information and also show all my currenct transacting to get the correct accurate number since they didn't forward me anything else outside of that link which has multiple missing information. It's crazy how I fully gave them information about a bug that they even took steps to take down during the incident in which it happened. I physically saw multiple times that my currency points were getting cut down in chunks over getting the error from my transaction not being completed when doing the bulk buyout since I wanted to find out what was causing it in which I kept doing it to test it out to see what was causing it. Just to get told hey everything looks ok from our end in which I don't think they probably looked into it. Just goes to show you always video clip things like this so you have video evidence also. Glad they finally got back to me though and I hope I can fix the issue and work with them to correct the error without it taking 5+ months again.
