Eternal Youth - BUG

When activating "Eternal Youth", the energy shield recharge time is not applied. This is because I spent some time without taking any attacks from enemies and the energy shield did not regenerate automatically after the time. I tested it by deactivating "Eternal Youth" and the shield regenerated after the time.

I initially tested it by taking a hit from the monsters and moving away for more than 15 seconds and the shield did not regenerate.

it does not work and the es recharge rate and faster es recharge don't work on eternal youth and it says it is suppose to work for life recharge i hope they can fix it
