PoE 1 Canada East Gateway Instance Connection Failure

Hello,
Two or three days ago I started getting "Error: Failed to connected to any instances" on every zone I try to load, after a couple seconds. Then when I try again it works. I was on the Canada East Gateway. Just now I tried a couple zones on the Washington DC Gateway, and was able to connect the first time without problems.
