Crash in Reward Room

I had a weird client crash in the reward room of the 3rd skma trial. On reloading the client I was back at the start without any way back in. I did not get my ascendency. Did not get my treasure. Did not get a refund on my djinn. And I wasted over an hour of my time. And now I will have to go farm for a low enough level one again and hope I do not crash again. I don't have the motivation for this. I expect the boss to be challenging and maybe a bit RNG, I do not expect surviving the reward room to be so.

I don't know what you can do about the client crash other then investigate it, and I do not know what I can provide to you since it did not give me a crash log.

I think a proper fix here would be allowing you to get back into the room you are in when it crashes. Until I explicitly leave the reward room, make it persist and let me get back into it. Don't throw me out. Or at least give me my ascendency points. I earned them. Or hell, at absolute bare minimum give me my djinn back. This feels like robbery. This feels like negligence. This makes the game very not fun.

It's one thing to lose out on loot that dropped from a boss because you died, it's something else to lose out because the game CRASHED and you get unceremoniously kicked out of the room and locked out like it's your fault.

Please, GGG, after spending 20-30 minutes on a run, this is a BAD feeling.
