Poe2 Early access support help please
Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to get a refund for the purchase of the Early Access Key for Path of Exile 2.
I have already sent two emails in which I was told that a refund is possible, and I was asked to provide account information, payment details, and the name of the character on the account. After providing this information, I have been waiting for a response for five days now and there is complete silence. As I mentioned in the email — I had no other way to check the game than to purchase it and test it myself, but unfortunately, the hardware I have does not allow me to play the game properly, as I can't even reach 20 FPS.
