Mystery Box Bundle Purchase Missing
Hello,
I've emailed GGG Support twice for this now but haven't heard back in days. A few days ago I purchased the 5x mystery box bundle and the coins were removed from my account on the successful transaction. However, I never received the 5x Mystery Boxes. As of now, the MTX shop just took 250 coins from me and did not provide the Mystery Boxes. I need this fixed or my coins returned. Please. You can find the Mystery Boxes in your "consumable" section of your microtransactions. Once they are opened, you should be able to locate the received items in the appropriate microtransaction categories or the hideout decoration list. I hope this helps!

Where is this "consumable" section? I just opened the Shop with 'M' on keyboard, clicked through the various menus in the navigation pane and didn't see it.

Go to your Cosmetics (the top menu option on the left side of the in-game shop interface) and you'll find your Consumables tab on the right side at the top. I hope this helps!
