No Atlas Skill Points after completing Silent Cave & Map connection

As the title says, i completed the cave with all essences, took several minutes to kill the boss but no atlas points were provided

Additionally on my Atlas this map was sometimes connected and sometimes disconnected visually to the one other map closer to me, but when it was connected trying to open it prompted an error about the map not being connected, i had to go around the mountains to establish another connection. I think this might be related to the bug about the more than 4(3?) connections to the same map not working properly

This Bug is still there. I completed this map multiple times now. Never got the atlas points.
