POE2 FPS ISSUE

I'm writing to report a performance issue that I've encountered after updating to the latest patch of Path of Exile 2. Prior to the update, my game ran smoothly at around 60-70 FPS. However, after installing the recent patch, the game now appears to be locked at 40-43 FPS consistently, regardless of graphical settings or resolution changes.

Here are my system specifications:

CPU: Intel i5-9400F

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 2060 (latest driver installed)

RAM: 16GB

OS: [Windows 10/11 - specify your version]

VSync: Disabled

NVIDIA Reflex: Cannot be enabled in-game
