Trial of Chaos game & system freeze

When I enter the Trial of Chaos location (where the portal and chests are), the game freezes, and shortly after, my entire computer becomes unresponsive — only a reboot helps. For about five seconds, the game image and a looping sound remain on screen, then it switches to a black screen with the same frozen sound. This has happened twice in a row: once when I opened a chest, and again when I simply entered the location. There are no issues with my computer otherwise — this never occurred before the update.

I also have the same issue. After finishing the trial, I went back to town to sell some items. But after going back to the portal to go back to trial of chaos, the game is just stuck in the loading screen. I can't access my character now and am afraid of losing progress. GGG please solve this issue.
