Trade site rate limit bug

Whenever any live search shows a new item, it is also accounted for rate limiting, even if you don't interact with trade in any other way. This creates an issue, when somebody else lists too much items: you can instantly lose the ability to trade, just because some bot or party trader dumped whole tab of unuques you were searching for. Or if those items simply appear on trade too fast. Was getting 10 seconds limits pretty much constantly while using live search option since 0.2.0. But now just got limited for an hour simply due to searching for a popular unique. TLDR: live search results should not be accounted for trade limiting.
