Bought First blood pack twice

Hello GGG,

So yesterday I bought my first blood pack for the second time in the Playstation store cause for some reason its still visible in the PS store. Obviously I didn't get anything from the second purchase, e-mailed GGG support with this issue got one reply to verify myself which I did straight after and now I don't get any respons back?!?!?!

Whats also weird about all this is that I bought it with and Ps scorecard directly from Ps store, got the e-mails to confirm my both first blood purchases but it the last one didn't show up on the POE site in my inbox. also contacted Playstation to try to refund my payment but they checked and it already went through.

Anyway, is there another way get and refund for my second purchase of the First blood pack? or do I have to wait for you guys to reply to all my mails?
