Xbox Disconnects while loading when someone is mounted on a Rhoa

I have two friends that play on xbox and both of them disconnect while loading a zone if I am in the zone mounted on my Rhoa. If I am not mounted they don't seem to disconnect. It also occurs when they party with others and they try to load a zone while someone is on a Rhoa. This started happening as soon as I got my Rhoa mount/skill and it doesn't seem to matter the zone we are loading into. It's a vicious cycle of disconnects until they are either out of the party or it resets their character. Neither of them are playing a class that the Rhoa is intended for and neither of them are using a Rhoa. Please look into this and fix it. Ps Once they are loaded I can then mount my Rhoa.
