Character stuck in endless crash loop when trying to login

What a week. My character has been disconnected what feels like a hundred times already. This most recent issue however is on my new dawn of the hunt char. My Lich, level 69, cant login anymore without the game crashing. The game crashed when loading into a map and now I'm unable to login. I created a ticket and got a generic message saying come here. I'm on xbox so no idea what to do. Literally just finished campaign today. I've tried messing with my settings before attempting to login and nothing works. Halp
