I am writing to inform you that my account appears to have been compromised. An unauthorized individual has gained access and changed the email address associated with my account, preventing me from logging in.

Arm yourself with patience, a lot of patience with GGG support, as it takes them months to respond due to the high number of emails they receive each day.

I also got hacked recently.
After 10k hours of POE 1 and 250 of POE 2 I got hacked. I had never faced an issue like that. Someone got access to my account and stole all my valuable items. I had more than 80divs of items stolen by day 4 of the league. I've sent an email for support but no answer so far, I understand that they have a huge backlog and new things to deal with but that's really frustrating for someone in our position. Years of support and love for the game/company and the first time we really need them we get treated like that. And now I have to wait and see all my items getting sold on trade by someone who's probably doing that to more person and selling the currency for RMT. I don't really care about the items, but I really wanted to understand how they got access to my account and wish that the person who did that got punished. Now after 10 years, i don't feel like playing anymore because I feel like I can be hacked and have all my stuff stolen anytime. Sorry for the vent and my bad english, and I hope you guys don't go through what we are going. Stay safe exiles. |

now hacker it's in my acc and do anything they want on my account i feel so bad from waiting for Mail reply for 2 day i think i don't have faith in support team anymore
