Hey, I saw your other posts about disconnects. There's a few things that can be going on. Unfortunately, a little bit of troubleshooting is going to need to be done on your part.
The disconnects can be related to the hosting server itself, the connection instance server, a routing issue along the path to the server location, or a local ISP/networking problem. To start the process to isolate the issue I'd recommend doing this troubleshooting step the moment you start experiencing connection issues to the game. I'm guessing you're on WiFi? I'd recommend trying this connection to the game hardwired if you're using wireless or do a few more tests to ensure this isn't just a one off test result.
Your worst ping times are between your PC and your router. (this could just be one small instance that happened during the test) The "Best" & "Last" ping times aren't the best representation of the test but I've highlighted them in green & blue where the ping jumps on your ISP's network significantly from 2-4ms up to 50-100ms. That shouldn't happen. This is the orange area where there is a decently large change. The end results all the way down to the server connection reflect these same results basically within a few hops of what appears to be your ISP. At first glance this doesn't look like a server or routing problem. Run some more tests. Just want you to get a better idea to help troubleshoot what's going on. ![]() MSI X870E Carbon WiFi, 9950X3D, Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX 24GB Last edited by 7ekken#2619 on Apr 9, 2025, 11:57:36 PM

Thanks for the help & suggestions mr.7ekken. i will run same test two or more time again. do i need to share the results of the last test i would run here or not. Also switching to a wired connection can significantly reduce this issue is what you r saying right.
I will do what you said. i really love playing this game but this small issue is the problem hope this will resolve the issue. Once again thanks for you help. hope we will meet in-game one day. Good day to you |

There's no need to post more results if you don't want to. Hopefully I made it easier to understand the ping part of the test.
There can be other issues with the connection but a hardwired connection is always going to be best... but it may not be the fix to your issue. Testing on a hardwired connection is to rule out the wireless part and to get a more stable test result. Feel free to post back if you want to. I'll be unavailable to reply for quite a while but I'll be happy to help if you want some more assistsnce when I return. It's a great game hopefully you can enjoy it more soon :) MSI X870E Carbon WiFi, 9950X3D, Sapphire Nitro+ RX 7900 XTX 24GB Last edited by 7ekken#2619 on Apr 10, 2025, 12:18:45 AM
