Rollback issue

Hello ggg,

I have had issues constantly since yesterday morning where my game kicks me out to the menu. When I log back in, it always rollback to about 2-10 minutes before the disconnection. I have lost a lot of good loot and beasts that I have farmed this way.

It's very frustrating when this happens. I lose the XP for levelling as well and this is not what anybody would expect. I would really appreciate it if you can take a look at what is wrong with my account.
