Travel to player icon missing from party profile picture

Hello

Since league start the little blue icon that you used to click on to travel to party members (bottom left corner of party member picture) is missing for me

its also missing for my friend.

strangely though one of my other friends has it.

The only difference is my friend and I that dont have it are ploaying PC with controller.
The other friend that does have it is PC M&K

is there a setting somewhere we have missed to enable this or is this a unintended bug.

To clarify I have alwasy had it prior to this league.
