Vine Arrow + Bursting Plague = Incompatible

One of the recommended support gems for Vine Arrow is Bursting Plague, but Vine Arrow does not do any poison damage, even if you poison the vine. It only does chaos damage to those it attaches to, so it will never trigger Bursting Plague by use of the skill as default. (You have to also use something like Envenom or a piece of gear to apply poison on hit, so not sure it should be a recommended gem for Vine Arrow unless it applies a poison by itself in the skill)

I tested to see if mobs explode with Plague Burst if Vine Arrow kills them and they never do.
