Weapon set shield charge skill gem bug

I unchecked both weapon sets on shield charge to try out a non shield offhand without having to remove the shield charge gem.

Afterwards i was not able to reactivate shield charge anymore. Each time i clicked on the little arrow to get the expand menue it would show details for another skill instead. There seems to be no way to reactivate it again and get it into the skill selection. I had to create a new gem to be able to use the skill again.
