Unplayable ping spikes since this morning..

Playing on PC, Texas server(tho changed it to DC server and had similar results). Every 5-10 secs my ping spikes to 2-4k and the game freezes for a good 2 seconds. Game is basically unplayable for me. Anyone else experiencing this?? I've changed from D12 to Vulcan, I've reset both my cable modem and router, I've rebooted, done all the standard things I can think of. Everything was fine yesterday, now can't play.

As a side note all the servers give me a ping in ms on login screen except Texas server just has "?" next to it like it can't ping it.

All I wanna do is play =/
