Rattlecage Boss on Crimson Shores does not drop any items

Just as post title says, the boss didn't dorp any loot and boss arena is still considered active which meant I could not portal out of the boss arena unless I left. Assuming that something with the delay on the boss' death is stuck and makes it considered still 'active'.
