twister causing instance crashes

it has only happened when fighting a boss after a long fight with a large amount of twisters out and when the twisters start destroying my whirling slashs. The game will kick me to character select saying an unexpected disconnect happened and the instance will be reset. I have lost a check point and progress on a the dreadnought vanguard from this bug. I have encountered this while fighting Act 2 Final boss and the serpent construct in jiquani's sanctum
