Iktab can't drop the quest item if you consume their corpse

If you kill Iktab, the Deathlord first and consume his corpse (I had a Devouring Diadem equipped,) only Ekbab, Ancient Steed will drop loot at the end of the fight and it won't include the Mastodon Tusks quest item.

Killing Ekbab first does drop it though.
