need help from support

Hey guys,

does anyone know how long it takes to get a answer on emails from the support ?:)

I have a Big Problem with my Product Key and i just want to play PoE2 :(

Well, im waiting for 6 days and nothing so far, seems they are pretty busy, be patient

If you bought a key from anyone other than Grinding Gear Games directly and you don't have access to Path of Exile 2, they'll tell you to contact whomever you had gotten the key from originally. If you bought it on a third-party marketplace, the key was likely purchased fraudulently using stolen payment credentials and subsequently subject to a chargeback, in which case GGG will have disabled the key from that purchase. Or maybe someone just made the key up in the first place...
