Treasure of Utzaal quest unable to obtain after transfering from SSF

I transfered my character from SSF to Dawn of the hunt main server ( Coz I didnt know SSF mean you are playing alone I'm new) but after transfering to the main server, I can't get the quest to have the reforge. I tried killing the boss on the Molten vault but its not dropping the quest item, and even if I go outside molten where the quest NPC usually appear he is not there. Is there any fix for this? I tried asking CS but for some reason they want me to ask here instead of helping me to have the fix.
