Teleported to diff map and lost good items :D

From what ive seen its impossible to ask for the restoration of an item, but I was doing a ritual map and was about to defer a divine orb from shop aswell as a piece of gear, but then i died for the first time that map (i had like 3-4 lives left since im playing easy maps cuz i just got to endgame) and then ive been teleported a diff area in the same kind of map? The checkpoint was moved, the boss arena was moved, even the boss I killed was respawned and all other rituals disappeared along with the item shop there and all the other monsters left on the map. I really dont understand how that bug happened but it did cost me my first divine which is why im even bothered by it, i wanted to keep it as a souvenir but like idk bro nice game gg, i have proof on video if requested but its quite literally as i detailed, gl fixing the game.
