Muted and Banned

So i was playing poe2 today, doing a map and having some fun with people in chat and i got muted for 24 hours, then instantly banned after. I emailed at support around 6-8 hours ago but did not receive a reply yet.
My name in-game is KosmoHunt so you can see the last few messages I wrote with context.I also cleaned them up to make them easier to read and understand. There was some jokes going around and i mistakenly participated in one, but in my opinion is not that bad of a joke to be banned for it, muted maybe I wouldn't mind but banned is too far. [Removed by Support] My question at the end is: After the 24 hours have passed will my ban be lifted, because in that case that wouldn't be that bad and i'll know in the future to not participate in jokes on chat.
