High Packet Loss to Server

Hi Support Team,

I am experiencing significant connectivity issues when trying to reach server instance at IP 203.23.179.157 Similar problems are also occurring when connecting to other instances

WinMTR results https://pastebin.com/ZmvJ0U8K show high packet loss (approx. 65%) starting at hop po1200.fra-eqxfr5-cr4.globalsecurelayer.com and continuing through the globalsecurelayer.com network to the final destination.

This suggests a network problem within the transit provider's infrastructure. Could you please investigate this routing/packet loss issue?

I don't for one second believe there's 65% packet loss through that network without dozens (or more...) people abruptly posting about connectivity issues. That's almost certainly just the routers in question throttling their responses to ICMP echo requests.
