Friend Stuck on loading screen

He's already lost one character due to this issue and we was attempting to do the trials of chaos and it's happened again on a different character.

He tried to load in to the area and the game hangs up on the load screen forcing him to close the game

he's tried to reinstall the game, reset his Series X, changed server but nothing seems to have fixed this issue

he's already lost a level 67 character to this and dis about to loose his level 40

Is there any fix for this?

P.s His in game name is Toxikyzo (V Ru3 V)

Log out, shut down, wait 20 minutes or so for the instance to release then try again. The trial should still be fine as long as he hadn't died. (happened to me a few days ago.)

PS- Make sure that he hasn't tried "Tame Beast" in there,too. Recent patch fixed that, but may have been after he had his issue.

He's tried that both on this recent character and the one he lost yesterday, still no luck unfortunately

No tamed beast.

There was 3 of us doing the trial and the server went down and then he got stuck with this loading screen
