Can not buy from Finn

Can not buy from Finn's gambling, item snaps back no matter how much gold I have.

The other vendors sell items, it's just Finn! Is this a known bug? Has anyone else had this problem?

Gambling has a limited number of purchases. There is a counter on the bottom right.
