So u have packs at the PS5 game Hub but not really a scam ?

So, I noticed on the PS5 Store that there are two packs you can buy. I paid for one, and guess what? Nothing—no weapon effects, no content. It feels like I just threw 200kr (about $29 USD) out the window. It's mind-blowing that they can get away with this.

After doing some digging, it turns out I’m not the only one. They’re taking our money, and we’re getting nothing in return. Out of touch? Or should I just say it like the chat does: ICANT.

At this point, I might have to call my bank and try to get a refund. It’s crazy that even that isn't simple.
