Early Access Pack Sent to Wrong Account (Please Help)
Hi GGG Support,
I’ve noticed that I have two linked Path of Exile accounts under the same email ([Removed by Support]). However, I only actively use one account — the one linked to my Steam, which is: Correct Account: DJNaruto#8788 Wrong Account: djkursatxl#1457 When I purchased the Early Access pack through Steam, the items were mistakenly sent to the wrong account (djkursatxl#1457), which I do not use. I’m unable to unlink or change the email due to the system preventing duplicate email use. I’ve tried reaching out via email and Discord but haven’t received a response yet. I’m currently trying to refund the pack on Steam so I can re-purchase it correctly — but ideally, I would prefer if: 1. You could transfer the pack/rewards to DJNaruto#8788, 2. Or delete the unused account djkursatxl#1457 and fix the Steam link. I’m only playing on DJNaruto#8788 and want everything linked to that. Please help — I’m very stressed about this and just want to play the game properly. ive emailed them abouyt the same thing back in december and still havent got a response, so youll be waiting a long time unforuntately

This stupid issue all over again. I`m want to see an official position from GGG, if they ever care about this.
-Why is this happening? -Why can`t everyone just log into the same POE account from all platforms and not have these duplicate sub-accounts?? -Will they solve the problem in the future for all accounts? I want to like this game, but when I see this stupid, irritating things happening.. I simply cannot! If they would be solved fast from Support at least, but this isn`t happening either. Pity.. I managed to fix my account problem yesterday that ive been stuck with for years, for some reason my ggg account didnt have an email and whenever i eanted to add an email I typed in the email i wanted and got the link on email, however the link forced me to login to my account that didn't have an email to begin with, only my PS account so i was stuck in an endless loop. I emailed ggg a few months ago and they wanted account information which i provided and then i didn't get any response after that. Reached out again a frw days ago, a quick response that they light be able to help so yet again i provided the same information and then silence. Yesterday I brainstormed and managed to fix it myself so no I have acces to my ggg account without having to login on my playstation-> trade website-> login with ps account-> go back to main webpage<-- LOL
