Sudden Network Ping Issues on Japan Server

Here is a pastebin of the WinMTR where there is a sudden issue with the network when playing path of exile. Previously all games were close to 30-40 ms on the Japan server from my location and now it wildly fluctuates from 30-1000 ping.
