Alchemy orbs feel lackluster

As Jonathan said in the Zizaran interview, alchemy orbs it's somewhat niche in poe2: you are supposed to do the regal and exalted thing. In that regard, alchemy feels a little underpowered right now, you alchemy a good base and then hesitate to invest exalteds in them because you have no good mods.

I think alchemy should bring all 6 mods to items, so you know your rare item is "fully" upgraded.
