I LOST my amulet after a disconnect! - please help

So I updated the allocated skill on my amulet, and then I got disconnected AGAIN. After I logged in, my amulet was gone!

This just ruined my day and probably my week, cause I don't see it fixed any time soon!

OMG I am so so disappointed!!!!!!!

OK now I lost 3 Expedition Logbooks !!!

When I got disconnected, when portals were closed and the books weren't restored!

So I have invested hundreds of hours to be able to buy such an expensive ANULET, and you are unable to restore it? I also invested hundreds of euros in cosmetics and stash tabs.

I would have never done this if I knew that I was going to lose valuable items after disconnecting issues that you have with your poor delivery of the patch!

I have endured all of your stupid bugs. I didn't cry about white mobs one-shooting me all the time in juiced tier 16 maps. While fighting rares - four orbs chasing me all the time + 3 lightning humanoids when I am trying to play as melee. I didn't complain about this fken shit!

But losing my amulet because of the disconnect is way out of hand!

This was AMULET with about 20 all stats, 15 other stats, 98 energy shield, 40% of energy shield, and some resistance and life.
Do you have any idea how much it costs now?

And the thing is, I cannot craft such an amulet. For 900 hours, I didn't craft anything useful for the builds of my chars and didn't find any drops either!

All the items I got from insane grinding to be able to buy them from other players!

All and all if YOU SHIT IN MY TOILET THEN YOU HAVE TO CLEAN IT! Otherwise I am going to shit in your toilet and I am not going to clean it!

YOU HAVE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT! If you cannot restore my amulet to my main char, then you fken refund everything I invested in this game because YOU FAILED to deliver what I have paid for!

back in the day before poe2, this would have been solved by you being banned.
But at the same time, server crashes were not as common (every single day for few hours! Due to POE2)

GGG never restores a thing.


So the question remains:

WHY do we have shared server with POE2 on POE1? They are not even connected.
THey do not need to be since the first day GGG decided that POE2 won't be an extension, but an executioner to poe1.
