stuck in a trial of chaos bug

Hi Guys,
i am stuck inside the trial, i have not died went down the lift and the instance has not started. i cannot go back up the lift. i have logged out and restarted and nothing changes. i am stuck in the trial and cannot progress

it's saying to enter the challenge area. but i am already there

send party invite to someone and click portal icon to him.

still bugged. cannot progress solo

I've found out what my issue was. So the obelisk in the middle has a very narrow way of interacting with it... It's poor UI. Anyway, I hovered my mouse over the very top of the obelisk in the middle, and an interactable UI was showing up then, allowing me to click and start the encounter. Xdd
