HELP ME STEP-DEV, I'M STUCK!

While playing Act 3, I killed the chimera and entered the map where you have to get the soul cores to open the doors. I wanted to keep playing the chimera map, but it was not possible to travel back there like you do in most maps (the transition zone was not available), so I used the portal to go back to Ziggurat Camp, and from there, I used the waypoint to travel to the chimera’s map waypoint. Since then, my screen is stuck on the loading screen for the “Pantanal Quimérico” (game is in pt_BR) since yesterday! Quitting the game does not solve the issue; if I choose my DotH character, it goes back to the loading screen. My standard character can still log in to the hideout in the standard league.
