Your Account Does not have POE2 Early Access

I reached out to the POE Support team to delink my steam account from old email so I could readd to my new email which everything went well and I got my confirmation email.
Upon linking everything back up to steam from my new email. I lost all access to the game now. I had nearly 55 hours in POE 2 and yes probably not a lot but I can't even play it now as I am getting "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access" when trying to log into Steam. This is all came from wanting to get my twitch drops and I went from playing to having no access. I have reached out to support and although addressed my email within 24 hours, they have now gone silent and I nobody is helping. I am looking for some help before I simply give up and I guess be out $100 supporter pack. Thanks. Last bumped on Apr 8, 2025, 5:26:46 PM

Hey there, I'm very sorry to hear this, and I apologise for our slower-than-usual support response times. As mentioned in our recent Customer Support Update, due to the massive increase in tickets from Early Access, we've fallen behind our usual standard.
