Ordered the Paladin collector pack on ps5 and have not received coins or cosmetics.

Hi, I bought I the paladins collector pack on ps5 about 4 days ago and haven’t received the coins or cosmetics, I’ve tried restoring my licence, I’ve reinstalled the game, I’ve even talked with the Sony support team. Is there anything I can do to get it I’ve been trying to contact the support team but I haven’t gotten an email back yet.
